Delete your account

You can delete your Game World (Herní Svět in Czech) game account and its data at any time. Game World is operated by Epicsoft s.r.o., company ID 19597126.

In the app

1. Open Game World and go to Profile → Delete account.
2. Tap Delete game account and data and confirm.

This works for guest accounts too and needs an internet connection. If you no longer have the app, install it again, sign in with the same Apple, Google, Game Center or Play Games account and delete the account there.

By email

If you cannot use the app, write to info@game-world.fun with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us your nickname, your friend code if you know it (Profile → Friends) and how you sign in (Apple, Google, Game Center, Play Games or as a guest). We may ask for proportionate proof that the account is yours, and we confirm the deletion by email, normally within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your online account, nickname and avatar, linked sign-in identities and active sessions.
• Your friends, friend requests, blocks and invitations.
• Your online match history and the profile backup on our server (statistics, level and achievements), including its previous versions.
• Our links between your account and purchase customer identifiers.
• On the device you delete from: the local profile, statistics, settings and saved games, and on iPhone and iPad also the iCloud copy of the profile backup.

What we keep, and for how long

• Match results kept for the other players keep only placements and scores, without your identifier, nickname or avatar.
• Restricted server backups may contain removed records for up to 14 days, and operational connection logs (including IP addresses) are kept for up to 14 days. Hashes of deleted account identifiers are kept for 15 days so that restoring a backup cannot bring the account back.
• If Apple is temporarily unavailable, only the encrypted credential needed to finish revoking Sign in with Apple is kept, for up to 7 days. A receipt tied to a credential hash is kept for 24 hours so an interrupted deletion can finish safely.
• We do not delete purchase records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat, and deleting the account is not a refund. Achievements in Game Center or Play Games are managed by Apple and Google.
• Local data on your other devices stays there until you delete the app on them.
